Through the study of eastern medicine and other alternative techniques, bringing stress relief to work and life is a necessary part of obtaining quality of life. Now with more than 15 years as a nurse, from the Oncology, ICU, Emergency Departments and Hospice serving mostly Seniors, maintaining dignity and respect for patients. Continually educating herself to find a more compassionate way to care for those Living with Dementia and Seniors in general. In our modern and western way of life many families are often spread throughout the country or countries. Multiple generations no longer living together, creates a space where the dying process is mostly relegated to care provided by strangers and medical professionals. An End of Life Doula can change the face of the dying process with an open hearted compassion.
